Responsibilities:

• Take ownership of your customers and enquiries
• Supporting with Online Orders, Payments, in-store Deliveries, Online deliveries, Bonus Card enquiries, Store enquiries, General questions etc.
• Be able to deal with challenging customers and scenarios
• Resolve issues in an effective and timely manner

Requirement:

• Experience of driving performance and holding you team to account.
• Able to deliver industry leading levels of customer service.
• Passion for retail and optimising sales opportunities within a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to understand your own strengths and those of the team around you.
• Commercially minded approach to in-store operations
• Natural ability to lead and engage a team.
