Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the Senior HRBPs in delivering a proactive HR service to the Investment and Distribution client groups on all aspects of HR delivery (EE Survey, Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, Compensation etc.), including BAU activities
  • Be the first point of contact for the EU teams in relation to HR queries and escalate when appropriate
  • Manage the monthly headcount report for Investments and Distribution
  • Managing the new role approvals process from beginning to approval stage, including drafting job descriptions, liaising with the compensation team on market data, submitting new job roles to recruitment
  • Provide support on junior talent hiring initiatives
  • Provide assistance to junior managers and employees on policies, procedures, and ensure polices (including EU Handbooks) are updated and regularly reviewed
  • Use and analyse people data (i.e. absence management and performance) to support the HR Business Partners in making people recommendations to their business
  • Collaborate and support the HR Coordinator team on HR processes, proactively looking for improvements
  • Proactively assist with HR projects and initiatives
  • Work in collaboration with the HR centers of excellence, including the Reward, Talent Acquisition and Talent Development teams on compensation, recruitment, and talent review processes.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with the global HR Business Partner team, including colleagues in Denver, Australia and Singapore
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned.
