Position Title: Information Management Change Coordinator

Job Description

Estates Information Management (EIM) oversees Information Management, Digital Asset Management and Information Security, and supports IHSE compliance and adherence with industry standards and Parliamentary best practice

Responsibilities:

  • Actively participate in the EIM Working Groups meeting and capture feedback. Note areas for improvement in the activities of the groups and report back to the IM Team Lead.
  • Act as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for gathering business capability and functional needs, and for defining and prioritising user stories in a requirements backlog.
  • Providing impact and risk assessments on any business and technical requirements gathered.
  • Dissemination of details to stakeholders about the evolution and progress of the Horizon project and helping to align its activities across all EIM working Groups and activities.
  • Raise awareness of any decisions made by each Working Group to members of the other Groups and acting as the communications manager for the Horizon project.
  • Administration and safe keeping of the outputs created by the Working Groups.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics (or equivalent) Business
  • Experience in a similar role managing successful delivery of IM Change Management
