Job Description:
The role will provide the opportunity for a high level of autonomy and decision making, and the chance to be involved in areas of personal interest. There is also the opportunity of gaining a working knowledge of data science projects and products, and an appreciation of how data science is used within HMRC and government to support strategic priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Administration of the Academy
- Management of the communications tools
- Developing learning and development pathways
- Supporting the organisation of community events
Requirements:
- Experience of project management and delivery
- Experience of working to deadlines, both individually and as part of a team
- Ability to engage effectively with a range of people
- Keen interest in learning and development, for self and others
- Experience of communicating through various means
