Job Description

The post-holder will work closely with the Director and their SLT to deliver CT&DO objectives and ensure the Director has strategic oversight of the Directorate.

Responsibilities:

• The role of the Governance and Performance Manager is to manage and control governance activities on behalf of the director to enable effective management and decision-making of the Directorate.
• They should ensure timely, consistent and accurate data collection, analysis and reporting on progress and delivery confidence.

Requirements:

• The post-holder will have considerable autonomy and wide-ranging responsibilities including management and control of governance activities on behalf of the Directorate to enable effective management and decision-making.
• As well as personal responsibility for managing the Director’s Corporate Support function, including the architecture contract, resource management and the Business Management Unit.
