Job Description

Hermès Distribution France, réseau animé par les marchands d’Hermès au service de nos clients, est une division d’Hermès Sellier constituée du vaisseau amiral ancré au 24 rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré et d’un réseau de 26 magasins dont 8 concessionnaires et 2 corners dans les grands magasins.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all sales activities in store within Hermès standards of image and services.
• Join in the daily store operations
• Provides excellent customer service and maintains a pleasant shopping environment consistent with brand image
• Maintain current and potential customers to establish client relationship
• Keep customers informed on new products or services, changes, etc.
• To handle client enquiries and concerns
• Executes sales plans and participates in marketing events and promotion programs
• Keeps records and reports on sales activities
• Understand company procedures and systems and ensure accuracy in all transactions
• Ensure the floor is kept in good order (cleanliness, supplies, inventory)
• Develop an in-depth knowledge of products: their features and benefits
• Share your expertise and tips among teams
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in high-end fashion, luxury industry or in similar capacity 2. Passion in fashion with good selling skills 3. Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, service orientation, passion, motivation for selling and a strong aesthetic sense 4. A team player attitude to reach a common goal & go the extra mile 5. Fluent in Korean. Any other language is a plus
