Job Description

Hermès Distribution France, réseau animé par les marchands d’Hermès au service de nos clients, est une division d’Hermès Sellier constituée du vaisseau amiral ancré au 24 rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré et d’un réseau de 26 magasins dont 8 concessionnaires et 2 corners dans les grands magasins.

Responsibilities:

• Pick and Pack orders ready for shipping
• Liaise with transporters to book/track/receive shipments
• Re-organise warehouse shelving as needed to accommodate new stock from the factory or deliveries from suppliers
• Participate in regular stock take throughout the year
• General housekeeping within the warehouse
• Raise and resolve shipping/delivery issues where required
• Track consumable items such as packaging etc, and request to replenish when required
• Take on ad-hoc duties to provide cover for other roles within the team

Requirements:

• Experience within a similar role, at minimum previous experience in a warehouse environment
• A good understanding of Microsoft office, plus the willingness to learn internal systems
• Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail
• Ability to carry out physical and heavy work, regularly working at heights
• Having a spirit of co-operation within and between departments; ability to create a friendly environment
• Good communication skills, both oral and written (English)
