Job Description:

Reporting to the Performance Manager you will provide data analysis to support the improvement of customer experience across the operation. You will be focussed on the development of root cause analysis and delivering insight to Hub/Depot or Field operators to drive business improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Inputting into the design and roll out of performance strategies by effectively using multiple source of data
• Interpreting gaps, patterns and trends to assess service risk and make recommendations to support decision making, prioritisation and resource allocation.
• Track and trend performance while flagging areas not improving to the organisation
• Analysing data and producing summary to supports senior managers in their understanding of compliance and service data in operational areas
• Using data to input into reports on the delivery success of couriers that identify and flag risks in real time to Operation Managers, driving solutions using real time information.
• Identifying opportunities in the delivery organisation and make recommendations on appropriate set of actions to drive compliance improvement.
• Providing data analysis to all stakeholders that will influence operational improvements
• To drive an improvement in customer experience across all performance measures
• Using client data and analysis to support the recommend solutions for said clients to drive improvements across the delivery organisation.
• Coaching the field team on the findings to embed performance understandings across the delivery organisation.
• Providing the Performance Manager with data analysis to support them in removing or escalating any blockers or constraints to ensure timely progression of projects and/or issue resolution.

Requirements:

• Communication Skills: The ability to present findings and translate them into structured actions. Confident in presenting findings to stakeholders at all levels both written and verbally including communication complex ideas.
• IT Skills: Excellent IT Skills in all Microsoft Packages, comfortable in handling data in all its formats – raw CSV, Excel, database extract, PowerBI
• Critical Thinking: Be able to thoroughly understand the numbers, trends, and data and come to new conclusions based on the findings
• Attention to Detail: An ability to effectively manage high volumes of information and conflicting priorities, whilst still maintaining meticulous attention to detail
• An understanding of changing trends and technologies, therefore evidence of continuous learning would be preferred
• Ability to effectively manage high volume of information and prioritise high workloads
• Experience of working as part of a team as well as independently
• Experience of problem-solving skills that requires stakeholder management for the effective implementation of solutions
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills that make you comfortable handling large amounts of data as well as being able to translate findings into solutions to drive business improvements.
• Educated to degree level or equivalent with a Business or Analytical remit.
