Job Description:

Our teams work in various models to ensure women are receiving continuity during pregnancy, intrapartum and the postnatal period, providing flexibility for staff to work in different patterns depending on individual needs.

Responsibilities:

• Knowledgeable or accredited in NEC 3/4
• High quality technical writing, client-facing and communication skills
• Significant experience of line managing project managers in the successful delivery of construction
• projects.
• Knowledge on CDM 2015 ( Health and Safety)
• The Construction project managers will need to have significant experience of successful project management. High value of around £500 k – £20 million and complex construction projects.
• Experience of programme creation, analysis, interpretation and reporting
• Fire compliance / Building surveyor roles are expected to manage £5 k – £500 k value projects.
• Experience of producing reports on a monthly basis relating to project deliverables.

Requirements:

• Ensure HSA/Insurance forms are completed and sent to the appropriate office.
• Order ward supplies e.g. stationery, beverages/food supplies including EPR disposables, setting up standing orders / call off orders for all items used regularly but not available from RDC.
• Deal with general ward correspondence, signposting as required.
• Report and record maintenance problems to the Works Department as specified, including contacting necessary agencies concerned with general unit maintenance e.g. window blinds, curtain tracking, security doors.
• Issue in-hospital certificates as required.
• Take patients’ valuables to the Cashiers Office and arrange collection before discharge.
• Make ward follow-up outpatient appointments as directed.
