Job Description:

We have an exiting opportunity for a Recruitment Resourcer to join the in- house Central Recruitment Team at Greggs, based at our Head Office in Newcastle.

Working closely with one of our Recruitment Managers you will support with sourcing the best talent to join the Greggs family.

At Greggs we’re on track to open 100 new shops by the end of 2021, so this is a great time to show us just how resourceful you can be!

Responsibilities:

• Raise awarness of opportunities to join Greggs by working with stakeholders to develop engaging candidte attraction campaigns
• Forge strong relationships with the Central Recruitment Team, and Hiring Managers across a defined region
• Build rapport with potential candidates and support them through the journey to becoming a member of the Greggs team by pairing them with the right role, in the right location for them
• Contribute to a continuous improvemnet culture through feeding back results of activity and suggesting new ways of working
• Create a talent piepline for Greggs through the use of CV databases, direct advertising, job boards and social media – and any other appropriate source

Requirements:

• Are proffessional in your ways of working, able to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity, and importantly, lead by example upholding Greggs values and culture
• Love to seek out new ways of sourcing the best talent and are confident to try out new candidate attraction methods
• Can quickly build and maintain both internal and external relationships, at all levels
• Have a passion for people and supporting them in to the right role
• Want to develop and are ready to work alongside some great people and have lots of fun on your Greggs journey!
