Job Description:

We currently have an exciting development opportunity for an experienced, engaged, enthusiastic, results orientated individual with a passion for people.Reporting into the Retail People Manager, the role will involve working closely with the retail management team and supporting the business with the ever-changing workload. In addition, the role will involve the implementation of the people policies and company procedures to ensure the business is not put at risk and continues to focus on the importance of people whilst delivering business objectives.Covering an area centred around Cardiff, this is a job share position and will involve working 3 days(Wednesday, Thursday and Friday including 2 weekends over the year).

Responsibilities:

• You’ll have effective communication skills across all levels
• You have a proven track record of delivering great results, developing people and dealing with complex people situations.
• You have the ability to influence the right decision and outcome to ensure the company is kept legal at all times.
• You have a full UK driving license and willing to do extensive travel to fulfil the role
• You are computer literate and have an excellent standard of written English
• You can show experience of juggling high priority tasks to ensure timeframes are met.
• You’re ready to work alongside some great people and have lots of fun on your Greggs journey!
• You have previous experience and exposure of the HR function and a track record of managing difficult situations within a fast paced environment.
• You are supportive of an inclusive culture – recognising and valuing that difference is good.
• You have excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
