Job Description

The type of work you will be expected to deliver are Prevention work ( intensive work to help children remain at home with their families where a social worker has deemed it’s safe to do so with support) Reuniifaction work ( using a evedence based approach), Placement support ( wrapping services around placements at risk of breakdown)

Requirements:

• We are looking for someone with experience of working with children, young people, families and communities to deliver a wide range of interventions.
• Experience of working with multi-agency assessments and writing/ reviewing plans is also a must.
