Position Title: Global Strategy Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Scope, plan and structure the project
- Managing the project team which may include strategy team members and cross-functional team members
- Manage the analysis required, directly conducting analysis and/or supervising a Strategy analyst, and ensure that the analysis is comprehensive, accurate and instrumental in answering the key questions at hand
- Being the primary day-to-day driver of the content and output, accountable to the Global Strategy Director and main stakeholder/ client
- Engaging with stakeholders across the business to get their perspectives, share analysis and findings, and iterate on output as needed
- Support facilitation of approval and delivery of strategic initiatives which includes transition of ownership to the relevant regional / functional business
- Assist on critical business development activity (e.g. M&A) as appropriate
- Train and develop junior members of the team – junior and senior analysts – including providing skills training, coaching, development, and feedback
Requirements:
- 5-8 years in progressive work experience in strategy, consulting or corporate level experience with exposure to a broad range of business issues
- Demonstrated strategic thinking with a proven ability to analyse markets, performance data, and business issues and draw insight / conclusions using financial modelling / analysis
- Ability to work with and analyse large and complex data sets
- Demonstrated project management skills to assess and develop strategic plans based on business needs and assessments
- Strong interpersonal / communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across business units for collaboration, data requests, and joint analysis/ability to challenge with impact
- Ability to build strong network key to success, including engagement and relationships with senior leaders in the business
