Job Description

Meta’s Global Risk Operations (GRO) organisation advocates for and protects every person, community, and business from risk on our platforms, across the world.Within GRO, the Risk Prevention team is responsible for the end-to-end management of operational workflows designed to identify, reduce, and prevent integrity risk for Meta. This requires highly specialized and agile enforcement, based on nuanced policy application, regional, and language expertise. Specialized enforcement, process oversight of operational workflows, regional trend identification, and partner management are all critical components of Risk Prevention. We are looking for a seasoned director to manage our entire global Risk Prevention organisation, including our regional and functional teams. This director will build and lead a world-class Risk Prevention organization with deep domain expertise in operations, risk identification and mitigation, customer experience, and process management.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a cross functional leader, partnering with regional policy heads, influencing cross-functional product roadmaps, and serving as an advocate for our community and businesses across regions
• Provide strong strategic and visionary leadership to your teams, enhance and develop a strong team culture of trust and commitment to impact in how we support our community
• Build and retain a world class team through attracting talent, developing top talent, and developing a holistic people strategy
• Work closely with internal XFN partners to inform how contractor workforces are used to address risks to the communities and languages we represent

Requirements:

• Significant experience with team leadership, people management including managing and developing leaders and managing remotely across multiple sites
• Proven track record of attracting, scaling and developing high performing inclusive teams
• Strategic thinker with proven track record of transforming operations through innovation and improvement
• Strategic thinker with proven track record of transforming operations through innovation and long-term strategies for continuous improvement
• Executive presence and a track record of influencing and partnering with global cross-functional leaders as an advocate for Meta community
• Experience in a fast paced, high growth, and entrepreneurial culture
