Position Title: Fraud Analyst

Job Description
As a Fraud Analyst you will develop and maintain systems and information to support the monitoring and investigation of fraudulent activity within EMR to protect revenue including acting on intelligence received from within other EMR functions or through third parties.
Responsibilities:
- Support EMR in the delivery of fraud prevention initiatives and achieving KPIs set for fraud prevention
- Collate, interpret and present data / information related to fraud investigation.
- To assist in the delivery of accurate and meaningful management information.
- To develop a detailed understanding of areas of fraud within EMR with particular emphasis on clarity and accuracy of reporting
- Work with the customer contact centre team sharing data
- Develop, complete and review compliance checks and audits in relation to Fraud Prevention
- Support the Fraud Investigation Manager and Head of Crime and Security with general administration duties
- Collect and compile data related to crime and security and ensure the data is presented in an appropriate format
- Support with team communications both internal, across the wider EMR business and with 3rd party stakeholders
Requirements:
- Experience of and ability to collate, interpret and present data / information in numerous formats including report writing, numeric and graphical
- An experienced administrator with excellent organisational skills
- Excellent use of Word and Excel, the ability to utilise in order to create reports and tracking that communicate clearly data output and updates. Excellent use of Office 365
- Articulate communication skills, with the ability to coach, influence and negotiate at all levels whilst building long-term relationships
- Collaborative working within a team and across internal departments
- Analysis skills required to be able to pull data and analyse those to corrective actions
- Audit experience is desired but not essential
