Job Description

On joining the firm, you will be part of the high performing UK FS Insights team, working closely with an offshore research analyst and engaging with our practitioners to generate fresh market perspectives. The role will be high visibility across the business with frequent opportunities to interact with senior partners and directors as well as to present to Deloitte clients. This role would therefore be ideal for a talented professional researcher with a background in Real Estate who is looking to take the next step in their career, with significant scope to create a meaningful impact, both individually and collaboratively as part of the wider FS team.

Responsibilities:

• The candidate we are searching for will be a self-starter, curious about the trends driving the sector and possessed of a strong, analytical approach to research.
• Leading candidates will also bring a point of view on the industry, together with a proven track record of delivery across research, analysis and business writing.

Requirements:

• Your participation in the development and execution of projects like the London Crane Survey, as well as the opportunities you will have to build lasting relationships across the Real Estate practice and wider FS Insights team,
• will support you in building a strong personal brand, across the firm, in the market, and with our clients.
