Position Title: SharePoint Product Analyst

Company: Financial Conduct Authority

Location: Bristol, UK

Job Description

The SharePoint Product Management team is a new Lean-Agile function that has been set up to define, prioritise and implement all SharePoint related efforts within the organisation, in line with the FCA’s DevOps strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Uses Design-Thinking tools and practices to perform product and user research aimed to capture users’ needs and ensure optimal value of the product through clear articulation of a benefit hypothesis
  • Collects feedback from internal customers
  • Translates feedback into epics and features, the value of which can tested via an MVP (Minimum Viable Product)
  • Helps the Product Manager and Product Owner define the MVP
  • Assists with communication and launch plan of developed and/or enhanced products

Requirements:

  • Supports the Product Manager in the creation of product-performance measures that can be used to test ongoing product desirability, viability and sustainability
  • Provides data-informed recommendations on product enhancement strategies
  • Measures the impact of product features/improvements
  • Reviews reports on product usage and performance and shares insights on findings
  • Recommends actions to address/resolve report findings
  • Performs strategic and ad-hoc data work in support of the Product Manager
