Position Title: Receiving Specialist

Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and efficient RECEIVING SPECIALIST to join our team located at our headquarters in CARLSBAD, CA! This is generally an entry-level position in which a retail background is a bonus qualification. Basic written, verbal & organizational skills are a must.
Responsibilities:
- Report damages or shortages to the appropriate person
- Match shipments to their associated account
- Record receiving data in company database
- Understanding of safety protocols and requirements
Requirements:
- Data Entry Experience
- Detail orientated and organized
- Time management
- Computer skills
- Typing speed of 40-60 WPM
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Flexibility to work additional hours, as needed, with notice (based on business needs)
- Excellent communication skills
