Job Description:

We are looking for a friendly and detail-oriented CLIENT EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST to join our studio team located at our soon-to-be opened Neiman Marcus studio in BOCA RATON, FL! In this role, you will schedule buying appointments by phone and email, greet and check in guests and assist with general inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Greet, check-in customers and offer refreshments
• Verify and update customer account profiles
• Assist customer with general inquiries in person, phone and/or email
• Answer phones to schedule appointments, facilitate customer service inquiries and requests, and familiarize customers with Fashionphile services
• Gain proficiency in internal computer system and ensure accuracy of all procedures
• Gain proficiency in internal computer system to facilitate sales, returns and other transactions
• Utilize internal company calendar to schedule buying and selling appointments to maximize studio productivity and flow
• Facilitate confirmation phone calls and emails
• Maintain studio and back stock areas
• Participate in cross-training and be flexible to perform varying roles whenever necessary to operate and run the studio

Requirements:

• Working knowledge of Customer Service and valuing the client experience
• Extremely organized and ability to multi task
• Strong proficiency working with online website
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must have integrity and consistently exhibit strong work ethic
