Job Description:

We are building a top talent engineering team to support Fashion Nova’s next phase of growth. We have ambitious plans to build technology platforms that will help us scale the company 10x over the coming years.

Responsibilities:

• Administers organization’s workers’ compensation program; acts as central point of contact for managers, medical providers and employees for workers’ compensation issues and inquiries
• Administers the workers’ compensation claim lifecycle, such as creates files, reporting injuries timely and accurately to the carrier, monitors, and follows up on changes in employee status, including the maintenance of case documentation and maintaining contact with employee as needed
• Liaison between the insurance carrier and medical clinic on employee’s eligibility to return to work (full/modified duty)
• Assist injured workers, Claim Adjusters, and Return-to-Work personnel in identifying and providing transitional/temporary jobs for injured workers at the earliest possible time, correspond with doctors, nurses, and claims professionals, regarding claim information
• Prepares reports and provides analysis to Risk Manager
• Attends and participates in committees, including, workers compensation claim reviews
• Track COVID-19 cases and report required documentation to carrier and Health Department
• Responsible for preparing and communicating required notification on COVID-19 cases to employees

Requirements:

• One to three years proven experience in the risk management field
• Knowledge with the claims handling process and management of external claims administrators
• Understand data analytics and the use of excel and other platforms
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
• High school diploma
• Bachelor’s Degree a plus
