The Estate Facility Managers play a key role in this journey. Do you want to be part of the team in SDA 15/16 in Norfolk, Suffolk, Cambs , Essex & Bedfordshire delivering both Hard and Soft FM dealing on a day to day basis with a diverse range of issues. The ESTATE FACILITY MANAGER (EFM) for service delivery area 15/16, is required to deliver effective hard and soft facility management at military establishments across East Anglia, travel between sites will be essential where appropriate a vehicle will be provided. The Estates Facility Manager role is responsible for the effective management of key service delivery activities Including:

Responsibilities:

• Completion of contract assurance for a number of tasks including LEGIONELLA, ASBESTOS and CDM.
• Effective management of billable work tasks and contract amendments.
• Collation and reporting of hard and soft facilities management data.
• Maintaining key stakeholder engagement with both industry partner and customer representatives.
• Effective issue management.
• Hard & Soft FM Assurance
