Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Identify key, measurable metrics (upsell, churn, etc.) for lifecycle programmes in order to measure and report efficiency of all campaigns
• Understand and analyse existing restaurant loyalty mechanics – improve, test, iterate or develop new methods
• Get under the skin of the competition to better understand tactics employed and ensure the Just Eat proposition is compelling
• Become an expert on Just Eat’s restaurants and their experience – understand what motivates and drives our restaurants as well as their reasons for leaving
• Develop customer lifecycle stages and build pivotal initiatives for each stage of the restaurant journey including onboarding, engagement and retention
• Collaborate with relevant collaborators and teams to deliver the journeys, content and comms that make up these initiatives for each restaurant cohort keeping them engaged
• long term and reduce restaurant churn
• Work with our analytics team to understand our new restaurant segmentation and profiling model

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence upwards
• Ability to handle sophisticated cross functional projects across multiples stakeholders
• CRM, Automation and social media experience is desirable
• Comfortable gathering insights from data and building strategies that leverage them
• Client side experience preferred
• Ability to brief data analysts / research teams to gain restaurant insights
• Highly organised with natural relationship building abilities
• Familiarity with Salesforce or another ESP preferred
• 2+ years experience in a lifecycle marketing role, ideally B2B
• Experience owning and delivering loyalty schemes would be advantageous
