Responsibilities:

• Prepare presentations to the Management Board, with reports covering Monthly performance, Budget and Forecast, and other ad hoc analysis
• Be proactive in the ongoing improvement of our processes. Interrogate finance systems to pick out errors or inconsistencies
• Review Budget and Forecast submissions to pick out errors or inconsistencies
• Produce the monthly KPI dashboard
• Maintain a relationship with the Business Intelligence teams and use Tableau to provide continually improving insight
• Input into monthly Flash and Rolling Forecast processes
• Deliver ad hoc analysis to show trends and give valuable insight for the Management Board and Investor Relations
• Own the FTE reporting

Requirements:

• Track record of excellent attention to detail
• Experience with interrogating financial systems and producing reports for senior leadership
• Very comfortable working with Excel and PowerPoint presentations
• Experience working with Anaplan, OneStream, Thinkcell and Tableau will be an advantage
• Recently qualified with a professional body such as CIMA, ACCA or equivalent
• Experience in monitoring relevant KPIs for performance management and understanding their relationship with financial metrics
