Job Description

Little Malties is our dedicated 49 week a year day care unit for 2-3 year old girls. We provide a stimulating and well-resourced learning environment, that positively encourages our girls to develop their skills across all areas of learning. Set within the grounds of Maltman’s Green School, our Little Malties have access to all the school facilities. As Little Malties has proved so popular we are continuing to expand and are looking for part time and full time, highly motivated and well qualified (at least Level 2) Early Years Assistants for our thriving setting.

Requirements:

• Candidates should have the passion and experience to help create a welcoming, secure and stimulating pre-school setting.
• High quality childcare is delivered through a play-based approach to learning, tailored to meet the individual needs of each child, in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage statutory framework.
• Our school motto is “excellence with a sense of fun” and the Early Years Assistants’ role is to support in Little Malties and help ensure the setting reflects this aim.
