Job Description:

Our store in BARNSTAPLE are looking for a minimum 12 hours per week Barista/Coffee Shop Assistant. The hours will be spread across the week but will include at least one evening and one weekend shift.

Requirements:

• Highly organised and exceptional attention to detail
• Pro-active, reliable and confident under pressure
• Adaptable and able to work on multiple tasks
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work as a team player and under own initiative
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel to maintain spreadsheets
• Comfortable with problem-solving, responding quickly to challenges and
• working with others to come up with solutions
• The ability to spot opportunities and implement new or improved processes to
• track samples
• You are self-motivated, flexible and have a can-do attitude
• A desire and a willingness to learn
• Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and to tight deadlines
