Position Title: Network Health and Safety Trainer

Job Description
Our Head of Health and Safety is currently recruiting for an outstanding Health and Safety Trainers to join their highly experienced and skilled team and help us drive a high standard of Health and Safety across our Network of Depots in the UK.
Responsibilities:
- Professional delivery of all general and specific health and safety courses to include courses accredited by IOSH and NEBOSH
- Development and design of health and safety courses to support business growth
- Work with Training Teams across the business to maintain training records
- Work collaboratively within Health and Safety Team to Deliver progress towards the key Health and Safety Projects
- Drive positive cultural change through employee consultation and engagement programs
- Undertake any reasonable additional tasks as directed by Head of Health and Safety
Requirements:
- Level 3 Education and Training Award Teaching Qualification
- A minimum of three years experience as Health & Safety Trainer
- Good understanding of health and safety legislation
- NEBOSH General Certificate (minimum)

You will have extensive experience in logistics, warehouse or distribution industries.
You will have the ability to run a fast paced operation, managing and motivating high performing operational teams.
Experience of monitoring performance, with the ability to analyse data in order to identify improvements and successfully implement change.
Outstanding communication skills with the ability to influence strategy.
