Position Title: ODF Co-ordinator

Job Description
Reporting directly to Dan Turner, Associate Director of Recruitment , CCS and OD you will work closely with Head of Recruitment and Owner Driver department, Head of Owner Driver relationships, Owner Driver Relationship Managers, Owner Driver Department, and the Network. You will be comfortable working with data, legal advisers, Acas, Litigation, Owner Drivers and Network
Responsibilities:
- Advise on all legal issues relating to the Owner Driver self employed scheme
- General advice in relation to contracts, policies, and procedures
- Point of contact for Driver code
- Gather all appropriate documentation and evidence to support DPD defence in any legal case
- Offer objective support to the Owner Driver Relationship Managers in the field
- Process subject access requests
- Keep contracts up to date according to business need
Requirements:
- As the successful candidate, you will have previous experience working in a highly legal environment or a legal qualification, and be capable of working within a pressurised and fast paced environment.
- You will need to be able to demonstrate that you can work with multiple key stakeholders

You will have the ability to run a fast paced operation, managing and motivating high performing operational teams.
Experience of monitoring performance, with the ability to analyse data in order to identify improvements and successfully implement change.
