Job Description
Our Cash and Banking Team Leader is looking to recruit an ambitious Apprentice who is keen to join the nation’s favourite parcel delivery company as a Business Administration Apprentice (Cash and Banking)
Responsibilities:
- Importing payments onto our AR sales ledger
- Allocating payments and credits notes to invoices
- Customer contact to obtain remittance advice
- Setting up Direct Debit Agreement
- Preparing and submitting weekly Direct Debit runs to bank
Requirements:
- To be considered for this role you must be passionate about wanting to start a career in Business Administration and have the dedication and desire to complete the Business Administration Apprenticeship

You will have extensive experience in logistics, warehouse or distribution industries.
You will have the ability to run a fast paced operation, managing and motivating high performing operational teams.
Experience of monitoring performance, with the ability to analyse data in order to identify improvements and successfully implement change.
Outstanding communication skills with the ability to influence strategy.
