Position Title: Sortation Manager

Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sortation Manager, to help strengthen our hub operations team. This role will be based from our “super” hub in Hinckley LE10 3BQ. The start time for this role is 18:30.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieving the Hub objectives relating to Health & Safety, productivity, and cost to deliver outstanding service to our Depots and customers
  • Manage all operational procedures ensuring the immediate resolution of any problems, whilst maintaining a high quality in all of our processes.

Requirements:

  • You will have a comprehensive induction to DPD where we will go through the key processes that are required to make you a successful Sortation Manager.

You will have the ability to run a fast paced operation, managing and motivating high performing operational teams.
Experience of monitoring performance, with the ability to analyse data in order to identify improvements and successfully implement change.
Outstanding communication skills with the ability to influence strategy.
