Position Title: IT Procurement Specialist

Job Description:

Responsibilities:
- Lead Contract Management processes from engagement to sign off
- Responsibility over IT procurement processes and onboarding of IT suppliers
- Lead RFI/RFP and tenders for the business and within projects with respect to the provision of IT
- Negotiation and contract management through to legal sign off
- Supplier performance management including service delivery where applicable
- Design, implement and maintain Supplier score carding
- Relationship Management
- Supplier assessments and performance monitoring through KPIs
- Source products
- Ability to use trend and market analysis to make informed decisions
- Implementing supply chain opportunities in relation to all IT hardware
Requirements:
- Strong background in Contract Management/Contract Review
- Demonstrable experience in IT Procurement or IT category management
- Strong experience of implementing and managing procurement projects using industry level methodology and best practices
- Proven success in supplier negotiations
- Strong, demonstrable networking skills within the industry sector
- Excellent supplier relationship management and performance monitoring skills
- Strong Stakeholder Management skills
- Highly organised and process driven, accustomed to being proactive
- Analytical and data driven
