Job Description
The role of the Transformation Support Manager is to lead / manage the transformation support team on a day-to-day basis. The Transformation Support Manager is responsible for driving and overseeing the development of team capability and capacity to support the delivery of directorate objectives and the Change and Transformation Plan.
The Transformation Support Manager enables the smooth running of change delivery by supporting change leads and project managers through the operation of processes and the co-ordination of actions and activities to support these.
Responsibilities:
- This is a dynamic role, which requires the post holder to be a self-starter and driven to succeed in challenging circumstances using specialist skills and deep business knowledge. You will be pro-active, flexible, responsive to change, and possess the ability to proactively develop and maintain collaborative relationships.
Requirements:
- Occasional or regular travel may be required.
