Responsibilities:

• As a Performance Improvement Lead, you’ll lead the delivery of improvement projects, in partnership with Operations and Functional teams. Ensure that any improvements implemented are standardised and sustained within operations teams (sharing standard methodology)
• You’ll own key performance indicators targets across shifts and partner with site Operational Managers to drive performance and ensure safety is the number one priority. In order to do this, you’ll drive for next level performance by ensuring all team members follow standard operating procedures, manage the risk profile and partner with the governance team, run productive team meetings and demonstrate high levels of people management.

Requirements:

• You will be a strong project manager and ideally have experience working in a process environment with evidence to demonstrate ability to develop effective working relationships with partners and cross functional teams to deliver organisational effectiveness and improved business performance.
