Responsibilities:

• In this role, you will ensure messages which tell the story of the incident are sent out on a regular basis.
• You will also be liaising with colleagues in the Anglia Integrated Control Centre, including Network Rail, other Train Operating Companies and the Social Media Team.

Requirements:

• We are looking for a colleague who is flexible (in their working hours) with previous exposure to working under pressure. You will be a well organised person, with the ability to prioritise your workload.
• You must be able to demonstrate exceptional levels of customer service, have excellent written communication skills and a good standard of general education.
