The Crown Estate are seeking a Head of Operations to lead their London and Regional real estate Operations team and shape the culture to deliver a customer first approach to service provision across the platform, with the ability to take a long term view, embrace change and innovate. The Crown Estate are continuously striving to be the best in class integrated management service for their customers, so are looking for someone exceptional to lead and build a world class team to establish a cohesive operating platform for both their London and Regional Portfolio.

Responsibilities:

• You will be accountable for translating the SBU/Group strategy into action through the business planning process and will use your expertise to contribute to the overriding strategy through the annual strategy review.
• You will drive the delivery of TCE’s ambitions and purpose, including the roadmap to net zero, driving social and environmental outcomes, championing and integrating digital and data led solutions and championing health and safety excellence.

• Business Governance and Operating Procedures
• Financial and risk management & commercial awareness
• Development & implementation of business strategies/models
• Legislative & regulatory developments within the infrastructure & built environments
• Managing large scale, complex multi-site mixed-use (office, retail and residential) portfolios
• Facilities management/maintenance
