Position Title: UX/UI Designer

Job Description
The Crown Estate Digital team is looking for a highly creative UI/UX Designer with a passion for creating intuitive user experience for various web and mobile applications.
You must have a collaborative mindset as you will be working closely with internal stakeholders, product owner/s, external agencies, and the engineering team to develop, design, build and launch products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Contributing to the user experience and interface efforts for the team, ensuring the delivery of a high quality product for end users
- Creating prototypes that showcase the user flow and interactions
- Creating mock-ups and wireframes for both mobile and web pages to then be used by front-end/full stack developers to translate into code
- Working with the UX/UI Lead to establish and drive the maturity of UX/UI design, user research, user-centred design and design thinking within The Crown Estate
Requirements:
- Ability to design clear and creative wireframes
- Experience planning and conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing and rapid prototyping
- Familiarity with graphics and visual design, including use of a diverse set of software
- Solid knowledge and experience with Agile software development, Lean UX, design thinking, human-centred & user-centred design
- Experience with Figma is beneficial
- Technical experience in Azure DevOps, Invision, HTML, JS, CSS is desirable
