Position Title: CRM Programmes Manager

Job Description
We’re here to communicate with our customers, to tell them useful information about their journeys and our destinations, as well as to encourage them to book more journeys and grow revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Creating a multichannel CEM programmes strategy and roadmap for delivery, including new programmes where required, and the ongoing optimisation of current ones
- Effectively managing strategy and delivery with our agency partners for optimal use of retainers
- Having a laser focus on customer data acquisition, customer engagement, retention and satisfaction metrics
- Driving behaviour change with a focus on next-best action multi-channel interactions
- Delivering a compelling, consistent, and impactful creative experience with your activities
- Interrogating data and insight to ensure all activity is data-driven and results-led
- Governing the delivery of campaigns and tactical activity by your two direct reports
- Immersing yourself in our business to understand both customer needs and opportunities for the CEM team to drive our KPIs
- Collaborating effectively with the wider marketing team and other colleagues in the Digital, Communication and CX divisions
