Job Description

You will be responsible for the execution of these duties will result in increased financial performance for the business, increased customer satisfaction and value add to our customers. Excellent communication as you will be first point of call and you will ensure a great customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Client POC for all UK based ETL certification and follow up services (FUS) activities.
• On-time execution of all recurring certification activities (e.g., licence renewals, factory inspections)
• Provides project management support.
• Compile final document packages and release of certificates to customers, ensuring that requirements for scope, effectivity and expiry dates are considered.
• Maintains and schedules certification processes including but not restrictive to:
• Factory inspections
• Licences
• Annual tests
• Laboratory audits and set-ups

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with shifting priorities

• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to relate to all stakeholders and communicate effectively
