Job Description:

Responsible for all aspects of general and custodial maintenance of a facility; cleaning and maintaining outside areas around the facility and adhering to a cleaning schedule.The position could include set-up and tear down of special events and rentals.This position works with minimum supervision and is required to exercise good judgment and initiative.May be required to operate a motor vehicle in performance of assigned tasks.Performs other related duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

• May be required to operate a motor vehicle in performance of assigned tasks.

Requirements:

• Experience with custodial maintenance.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license upon hire and obtain a valid Florida driver’s license within thirty (30) days of hire or promotion.
