Job Description:

Responsible for all aspects of general and custodial maintenance of a facility; cleaning and maintaining outside areas around the facility and adhering to a cleaning schedule. The position could include set-up and tear down of special events and rentals. This position works with minimum supervision and is required to exercise good judgment and initiative. Performs other related duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

• May be required to operate a motor vehicle in performance of assigned tasks.
• Responsible for all aspects of general and custodial maintenance of a facility; cleaning and maintaining outside areas around the facility and adhering to a cleaning schedule.
• This position works with minimum supervision and is required to exercise good judgment and initiative.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by Supervisor.
• The position could include set-up and tear down of special events and rentals.

Requirements:

• Must possess a valid state driver’s license upon hire and obtain a valid Florida driver’s license within thirty (30) days of hire or promotion.
• Experience with custodial maintenance.
