Position Title: Claims and Insurance Administrator

Job Description

We are currently looking for a Claims and Insurance Administrator to join our growing Internal Audit, Risk & Insurance team. Helping to deliver Frasers Group claims and insurance programme by taking a holistic view of claims management from initial notification to settlement whilst ensuring accurate record keeping.

Responsibilities:

  • Resilient and able to challenge stakeholders- using problem solving skills to get to the bottom of complex cases
  • Familiar with basic Excel formulas
  • Willingness to learn- curiosity in learning new processes and laws
  • Claims and insurance exposure is advantageous but not essential
  • Confident liaising with a variety of stakeholders across the business
