Job Description

Working within the Nautical & STEM Faculty, you will work closely with the Faculty Dean, Associate Deans and Curriculum Heads to provide administrative support, ensuring their operational needs are met and assist with all operational duties required, this will include assisting with procurement process, student absence reporting, maintain filing systems, stock control and general clerical support such as diary management, minute taking, collection and distribution of mail dealing with student and staff enquiries, covering at the student gateway

Requirements:
