Responsibilities:
- As IT Project Support Officer you will support the Programme Managers to develop, implement and maintain effective programme and project management frameworks, structures, processes and tools to enable management and delivery of change programmes and projects.
- In this 18-month fixed term contract, you will be supporting the project management of successfully replacing our HR and Finance system.
- Maintaining project records and establishing project controls, keeping the project manager updated on project statusDevelop, document and maintain programme and project plans, frameworks and tools, and supporting the effective use of these.
- Assisting with the compiling and delivery of reports to stakeholders, including status report, project dashboards, and, tracking and analysis of budgetary information.
- Identifying risks, issues and discrepancies and taking action accordingly.
Requirements:
- Experience of providing programme/project support in a flexible, fast paced IT environment.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Projects and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience of developing and maintaining robust project delivery processes.
- Experienced in using programme and project management software.
- A Project Management qualification to at least foundation in PRINCE2 ®, AgilePM or equivalent is desirable.
- ITIL Foundation/P3O Qualification or similar is desirable.
