Position Title: Digital Content Manager

Job Description
We’re looking for a Digital Content Manager to join our Marketing team based in London. The successful hire will be responsible for ensuring that CharityJob communicates with both recruiters and candidates in a clear, persuasive and engaging manner.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver clear, accurate copy for both candidates and recruiters, adapting style and tone of voice to context, from snappy sales led emails to formal research reports
- Write persuasive and engaging copy for the website
- Own and develop content across all of CharityJob’s digital assets including website, emails, blog and sales collateral
- Write guides and other long-form content, and brief designers to deliver a finished product
- Write copy for weekly newsletters, promotional emails and trigger campaigns
- Develop an editorial calendar and write thought-leadership blogs giving helpful advice to both recruiters and candidates
- Proof read posts on social channels and the CharityConnect platform
- Source and recruit a panel of guest writers
- Conduct keyword research to improve the organic reach of the website and blogs
Requirements:
- Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics
- The ability to work on multiple projects at one time
- B2B and B2C experience
- An excellent eye for detail and good proof-reading skills
- Team player
- Able to write clear copy highlighting the benefits of new website or product features
- Able to recruit and collaborate with external guest writers
- Strong problem-solving skills, with an appetite to improve internal processes
- Ability to work calmly under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Excellent attention to copywriting detail, in particular for email campaigns and landing pages
- Evidence of an ability to write clear and persuasive copy for various audiences (covering informal and more formal language) and across a range of channels (website, email, blog, social, sales collateral)
- Ability to develop high quality, thought-leadership articles, for example summarising existing research
