Our teams are putting the world’s retailers online using the cloud, robotics, AI, and IoT. We provide services to partner clients globally via our innovative advanced robotics technology, known as the Ocado Smart Platform (“OSP”), this drives our highly automated, multi-million pound Customer Fulfilment Centres (CFCs). In our CFCs – together with the proprietary software applications – we operate a world-class online grocery business that automates the single pick of products, ready for your online delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Our Platform Implementation team focuses on the full programme management life cycle of the implementation of our highly automated, multi-million pound Customer Fulfilment Centres (CFCs) across the world.
• From pre-deal, to the design, construction, installation and testing and finally the ‘go-live’ phases.
• This team is instrumental in ensuring we deliver CFCs on time, to budget and to the specific requirements of each partner client across the world.

Requirements:

• This is very much a people and engagement-focused change management role as opposed to a technical position.
• We are therefore looking for individuals with a directly applicable background managing the end-to-end delivery of business change and transformation – including effective communications, completing change impact assessments, planning and developing training and ultimately implementing solutions successfully.
• We also require strong stakeholder management, collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment to effectively manage, deliver and embed change.
