Responsibilities:

The successful applicant will work within the Liverpool Careline MASH 24/7 Social Work operation as part of a variable shift pattern. This will include working as part of a rota, which includes social and unsociable hours and attracts a shift payment of an additional 15%.

Requirements:

The MASH Service is a dynamic service where social workers are encouraged to excel in quick decision-making and fast-paced analysis. As a MASH Social Worker, you are required to be confident in your skills and experience to explore and interpret agency information and analyse multi-agency information to form an analytical conclusion about next steps. The role also involves aspects of social care enquiries for both Adults and Children’s on Out of Hours shifts. The service consists of 6 Team Managers, 6 Deputy Team Managers, 12 Social Workers as well as our multi-agency partners and a whole team of Customer Service Advisors. We are very busy but this is a nurturing and supportive team.
