Do you want to play a critical and strategic role in driving Microsoft’s regulatory compliance leadership for all three clouds for Microsoft’s Worldwide Financial Services Industry Team? If so, then our role for Director of Operations and Programs for Financial Services may be right for you.

Responsibilities:

• Developing and scaling consumable readiness content for field sales teams (and customers) concerning regulatory compliance leadership in the financial services industry.
• Develop strong readiness for partners to use and evangelize Microsoft’s compliance leadership with downstream customers
• Build out and design scalable models by taking inputs from engineering how to scale customer risk assessments
• Building out scalable executive communications content on regulatory compliance
• Track and scale holistically product regulatory gaps/issues and legal/regulatory issues so we have a holistic picture end-to-end to drive synergies and cross-sharing of information amongst key leaders and teams.

Requirements:

• Experience in financial services supporting first, second, or third line of defense operations
• Experience and background in cloud services in managing risk
• Experience delivering executive level presentations and communications
• Proven ability to create clarity, generate energy and deliver success at enterprise scale
• Comfortable working in ambiguous situations, with capabilities to lead organizations through transformation
• Experience leading mission-critical enterprise initiatives
• Having strategic vision balanced with priorities to keep teams/experiences moving forward
• Cross-group coordination and strong communication skills
