Job Description

The Advertising market is changing rapidly as the industry changes with new services and platforms creating opportunities as well as challenges. ITV is making significant investment to build its advertising capabilities for on-demand, targeting and linear services. The Core Ad Tech and Operations team is central to supporting this growth and development and is looking for a business analyst who will help drive change and delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Take ownership as SME for a business critical system and be the point of reference for data coming from and feeding back into the system.
• Analyse and document the impact of potential solutions/changes on existing processes.
• Elicit requirements from business and technical stakeholders and turn them into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate workshops, document business processes, and seek out opportunities to automate and simplify.
• Responsibility for the collection, analysis and just-in-time backlog readiness of user stories as agreed with Product Owner
• Ensure that engineers and testers fully understand the requirements by holding 3 amigos meetings and regular communication.

Requirements:

• Experience and solid understanding of data and how data flows between systems is essential
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience with agile ways of working and working in scrum teams
• Ability to discuss challenges with both technical and non-technical audiences in a clear and concise way
• Ability to work on several products/projects simultaneously and ability to think ahead in order to establish an efficient and effective course of action.
