You could be working as the Tribe Product Owner for the Data Enablement Tribe which supports TV, Sport, Broadband, Customer Experience, Digital Voice and market leading technologies like Halo3 –

Responsibilities:

• Ability to coach, mentor and provide feedback to the Tribe on Product leadership
• Continuously develop your skills and knowledge.
• You will be responsible for the vision and prioritisation of the Data Enablement Tribe feature development and work with the data domain Product Owners and squads to contribute to the development and evolution of the product roadmap that the team will be responsible for delivering.
• You will work to the agile principles of openness, transparency, and communication to continuously develop and nurture strong working partnerships with business stakeholders and encourage the squads within the
• Tribe to become closer to our customers and stakeholders.
• You will need to have a strong understanding of the BT Group strategic vision and communicate the strategic importance of the objectives to the Data Enablement Tribe.
• Amplify our customers’ voice to discover their business problems and identify product solutions to meet these needs.
• Support the Tribe to remove roadblocks that prevent delivery of business value.
• Maintain a Data enablement Tribe epic backlog to enable the delivery team to create solutions to add customer value incrementally and quickly.
• Ability to run agile product kick off sessions.
• You will work alongside the Tribe Lead and Technical Tribe Lead in a Tribe cornerstone role to provide servant leadership for the Data Enablement Tribe, resolving the trade-offs and bridging the gap between customer, business and tech considerations.
• Actively seek opportunities for you and your team to collaborate with and learn from other employees in our organization through internal networks, events and communities of practice.
• Collaborate with the squad Product Owners on the design and technical approach to the delivery of a prioritized backlog and innovation.
• Focus on the delivery of business value to our customers through successful data products and services aligned with our BT Group strategic vision. You will be creating the innovative objectives that help us deliver on Tribe Vision.
• You’ll be passionate about championing continuous improvement initiatives across all aspects of the product through embracing lessons learned session and an agile mind-set.

• Proven ability and experience to guide and coach incremental product development. We’re a changing organisation and some of products and features are delivered through various methodologies including waterfall, you will help bridge the gap to support an agile tribe.
• A passion for finding value in data and bringing data products to life. You understand that data itself has intrinsic value, and you’ll be curious about what you can learn from our domain and offer innovative data products that our Customer’s will be wowed by!
