Job Description
People & Culture Services + Solutions is an internal global shared services organisation, responsible for delivering centralised & standardised People & Culture services for company from several geographical delivery centres.
Responsibilities:
- Developing a consistent data structure and taxonomy for risk information, risk types, controls, causes, impacts.
- enhancing the efficiency of our risk management process and reducing complexity of our risk management solutions
- facilitating a culture change from risk reporting to risk management
- delivering consistent, accurate reporting and facilitating enhanced risk intelligence
- facilitating prompter risk management intervention and increased visibility of risks themes, control weaknesses and emerging trends.
- providing users with a modern, positive, digitally enabled experience; and
- driving strategic (and compliance based) risk management decisions and planning
Requirements:
- Strong analytical skills.
- A deep understanding of risk (both opportunities and threats) is critical in helping the board/ leadership to make better informed decisions around our strategic priorities.
- Experience with manipulating large sets of data
- Experience with Power BI and creating dashboards
- Experience with creating and maintain proof of concepts
- A good understanding of risk, risk management and risk concepts
About BP
Our ambition is to be a net zero company by 2050 or sooner. And to help the world get to net zero. This will mean tackling around 415 million tonnes of emissions – 55 million from our operations and 360 million tonnes from the carbon content of our upstream oil and gas production. Importantly these are absolute reductions, to net zero, which is what the world needs most of all. We are also aiming to cut the carbon intensity of the products we sell by 50% by 2050 or sooner.
