Position Title: ECO Analyst

Job Description:

ECO Analyst – Administer the processes for notifying and quality assurance of ECO measures to Ofgem E-Serve and assuring the approval of measures.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and support the end to end processes required to deliver ECO-qualifying measures and to ensure measures are notified and approved as part of British Gas’ overall obligation, across all channels.
• Where applicable, use excel and database queries to support all MI requests that require interrogation of our ECO data.
• Support the notification to Ofgem E-Serve of all reported measures in the month following their installation
• Interact directly with Ofgem on reporting, notification and compliance, including dealing with notification compliance questions and various exception processes.
• Provide front line support to all delivery partners in the form of one to one account management, bespoke data, and regular calls and meetings.
• Ensure that the latest ECO requirements are understood, to enable proactive review notification competence with delivery partners, and to ensure good conversations when updating or
• challenging them on compliance

Requirements:

• Excellent excel skills
• SQL skills an advantage
• Able to deal with all stakeholders at various levels
• Can do attitude and not afraid to ask questions or challenge the status quo
• An investigative mind with good lateral thinking
• A good team player
• An excellent administrator and able to keep to deadline
• Happy to own a process and do what it takes to get it completed to a high standard
